This lovely little glass heart features a bright bluebird perched among sunny yellow sunflowers against a soft sky-blue background. It’s nestled inside a shabby chic frame (4¼" x 4¼") that includes both a sawtooth hanger and an easel stand—so you can pop it on a shelf or hang it on the wall, whatever suits your space best.

The 2" x 2" heart is created from glass inclusions (murrini) and coordinating sheet glass that I cut into tiny chips and kiln-fire for a smooth, luminous finish. Every detail is fused together in the kiln, giving it that special glow only real glass can offer.

It’s mounted on cardstock—so if you’d prefer a different background color, you can easily swap it out and make it your own.
